Project scope of work incuded metering, tankage, loading/unloading (truck) terminals at the various sites and 13 pipeline block valve sites.

  Front end engineering and design for 3 compressor stations totalling 700,000 HP.  Conceptual development of P&ID’s, single line diagrams, yard and building layouts, and control system philosophy.
